We chose Calistoga Ranch in Napa Valley, Ca, because of the enchanting outdoor setting for the ceremony and amazing wine cave for our pirate reception. The resort has top-rated food & wine. It has been 3 years and I still swoon over our venue.

This is a stock photo of the location at sunset (ceremony time). It is an observatory made out of lava rock with 360 degree views of 6 major peaks and about ten other smaller peaks. The two peaks in this photo are the ones we will be using as the backdrop for the ceremony. We got engaged at an alpine lake at the base of the one on the right

Your venue is so beautiful , i love it!!
We live in ny , on Long Island. We are getting married at the larkfield manor. Originally we had wanted our wedding closer to nyc, we checked out a few places but the pricing was way out of budget or they were not as spectacular as it seemed on line. On our way home i was bummed out and was looking places up and ended up going to larkfield, having never been there. When we got there my breath was taken away it was gorgeous! Before we got there however( we were about 5 minutes away) a song came on the radio that always brings tears to my eyes. Its not a common song you hear often, but i have a special connection with this song, it reminded me of my late grandparents who raised me and i miss so much! I took this song as a sign that day and held it in the back of my head while we walked around the venue.

Camp Penn's Outdoor Chapel. I went to church camp there every year when I was a kid and consider this to be a sacred spot. When we found out that my groom and I both went there but never met it just seemed perfect.
