Have you tried the vendors or venues tabs here on WeddingWire? WW requires that all vendors who sign up with them are LGBTQ+ friendly. I would also recommend checking Thumbtack for officiants.

You can have a friend or family member get ordained to perform the ceremony. It's online and free. You would just want to check with the clerks office in the town to see if they need to fill out any forms.

For a venue I would check local community centers. They are affordable and the decor is normally neutral so easy to decorate
