What will you ladies be wearing under your dress for the big day? I’m looking for ideas. I’d ideally like something akin to shape wear so my dress looks extra flattering but at the same time, I’d like something that’s visually appealing. If y’all know of any specific products or brands, I’d be happy to check them out.

    You want to be comfortable under your dress. Change Into something sexier when you change. I wore a thong under spanx and no bra. I put on a cute white night gown when I took my dress off.

    I haven't bought anything yet, but I'll be wearing one of these if not a combination of 2. It really depends on what dress I choose and my body situation. I'm on a diet right now so hopefully I don't need too much compression. Lingerie 1

    My seamstress recommended regular for under the dress because the likelihood of getting sweaty is high. Just change into something sexy later.

    I’m just wearing a comfy spandex type thing under my dress with no bra. But once we go back to the room I’ll be changing into my lingerie. It’s important to feel comfy and not sweaty while you got your dress on lol

    You're *going* to be sweaty - even in October. There's just too much material to not. I wore a thong and a bustier (not sexy, just needed a bra with a low back and no straps), but frankly by the time we got home, we showered and crashed.

    I've bought pretty lingerie that matches our wedding colours, but I can't really wear a bra with my dress, and I think the matching garter belt will likely show through the middle section of my dress, so I might not even wear it, just the knickers.

    Here's the set, it's Dita von Teese. It's not visible in this image but the whole set is lurex, so each piece has that kind of pink-green sparkle like a beetle wing:
