Link to Wedding Website in Evite

Hi Sandy! I checked your wedding website using the personalized URL and it is correctly loading for me! What platform are you doing evites through? I wonder if they have any specific linking information!

Lynnie, I am trying to add a link onto the evite from the online invitations function. Basically I sent an evite to myself with the link to our website on it, but it will not directly take me to the website. Is there a way that the link I put into the evite can directly send me to our website?

I think you are trying to create a hyperlink if I am correct? Basically you have the text there but you want to be able to click in it and have it bring you to the website?

It probably depends on what site you are using. A common one is highlighting and right clicking. Hopefully there is a spot that says hyperlink. Otherwise I would Google the site you are using for your evite and hyperlink and see if that tells you how.

Hi Sandy! So I just tested the online invitation and I was able to add the link in the "message" field. In the invitation preview it does not look like the link is clickable but when I sent it to a friend it worked! You can test sending it to community@weddingwire.com and I'll see if it works when I receive it!

Lynnie - I did a test to myself to see if the link would be clickable. But just like you it was not. I was wondering if there was a way to make the link clickable.
