We took all this time to create a wedding website, then poof it disappears (can only access it if you typed in the the URL as a family member/friend, but my fiance and I no longer had access to edit it.. it's like it became unlinked from our account) and we were then prompted to create a new wedding website. So, I took the time to transfer all the info over to a new website. Surprise, now the old website is showing up on our account, and not the new one-- after we put the new URL on our Save-the-Dates. What is happening and how can I fix this?! I've been unsuccessful in getting a response from support.
