Lip stain suggestions for the BIG day?!

I keep hearing about lipscense but I haven't gotten to try it yet...

Lipsense is amazinggg!!! It stays on so long and does not rub off. You can literally rub a napkin over your lips and there will be nothing on the napkin.

I have been using Lipsense and I've been impressed with it.

I just got lipsense and it definitely has staying power. I'm not typically a lip stain/stick person, so it takes some getting used to!

I had that lip sense is glossy though, I've heard they have a matte top coat but I haven't seen it person yet.

@Danielle- they do have a matte top coat. I personally have not used it, but I can say that even the glossy coat with the LipSense looks more matte after about 30 minutes. I just only reapply the gloss before I eat to lock in the color so that I can keep the matte look since I am not a big fan of the glossy lips look myself.

Do you all start with a primer on your lips?

Didn't believe all the lipsense hype until I tried it myself. Definitely worth the money!

I agree with the Lipsense !! It is the best. I just got Sassy Z today and it is a little less glossy and paired with the matte top coat would be good for that look.

I would just recommend starting to wear it now so you can get used to how it works with your skin.

I have started using Anastasia matte lip gloss for daily wear. Usually lasts through 1-2 meals and half the day. Found it at Sephora

I personally don't buy from direct sales companies so I can't speak to all the lipsense hype..;but I wore Chanel ultra wear lip color (stain) in darling pink and LOVED it!!

If you're looking for matte longwearing lipsticks, boy do I have some suggestions! Beauty Bakerie has a ton of color options and this stuff will not transfer at all. These lipsticks work best on bare (exfoliated) lips - no balm, lipliner, or anything underneath.

I'm planning on wearing one of Kat Von D's Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks, which also wear wonderfully throughout the day with minimal transfer. You can get KVD online or at Sephora, but Beauty Bakerie is online only.
