Lipstick hell

Matte lipstick M, as mentioned above. But unfortunately most of them suck and look dry (and make your lips feel dry too). Maybe instead use a more natural colored lipstick vs a red shade.

As others mentioned, matte lipstick is an option. But yuck...LOL!!! Although it was a fad, matte lipsticks and lip stains have a tendency to LOOK dry and also make your lips FEEL dry. I’m guessing that you don’t want to deal with that on your wedding day. Instead, I would simply go with a natural colored lipstick versus something that’s red or pink. That way you can still have color on your lips, but nothing that’s going to be so dramatic or dry. And if it happens to get a bit on your FH‘s lips, it won’t be extremely noticeable. So I’m sure he could handle that for the short time as you walk back down the aisle after the kiss.

Use the stay lipstick. It won’t transfer

I love Ardell for lip stain! You can get it at Ulta and it is super inexpensive!

A matte lipstick will work and yes some formulas can be drying but I would do a lip mask the night before to just make sure your lips are super hydrated before applying the lipstick (you can also do the lip mask the night after). Laneige makes a great lip mask! Also I second the MAC retro liquid lipstick, If you are looking for a bold red I love Arriba! by Colourpop. It's a beautiful red and it always lasts all night for me!

I used Morphe brand matte lipstick in the color "peanut" for my engagement photos and this did not budge. We did many kissing photos and even had to hold our kiss for a few seconds and it never transferred to him so I would recommend trying it.

I love lipsense! I was wearing it when he proposed and it stay great even after kissing and dinner!!! It didn't transfer to him at all! Here's a pic from after!!

Thank you so much for all the advice!!! I went to Ulta this morning with my maid of honor to get our eyebrows done, and our girl suggested a lipstick for me. I don’t know how I feel about the matte look, but I’m giving it a shot! And it is supposed to have zero transfer!
