Livestream Etiquette

Ali, on December 30, 2020 at 2:37 PM Posted in Community Conversations 0 5
So....my family from out of town more than likely will not be able to come to my wedding. It sucks because I don't really get to see them and was excited about seeing them. We decided to a livestream and create a facebook page for it. I was curious about who was ok to invite? Just people we are sending invites to, family/friends who would want to watch our ceremony or both?

Any advice/help is appreciated

We are live streaming, but we are only showing it to immediate family because we are eloping. We are sending out invites to announce our wedding & invite to our reception soon afterwards to surprise everyone that we've eloped. But, if that weren't the case, I'd do as others have said and send to anyone you wish.

We sent everyone who would have been invited the link to our livestream. Some guests invited others that would not be invited/we didn't know to watch it which was unexpected but overall fine. I'm happy to have been able to provide people joy during this time!
