Llamas at a wedding?

I came across this article that said inviting llamas instead of people to your wedding is becoming a new "trend." What on earth is wrong with people?

Okay so I'm glad my son is asleep because he loves llamas and alpacas ! I wouldn't even consider it but many years down the road I wouldn't be surprised if he did this at his own wedding lol

@Kaylee LOL that was awesome. Thanks for that laugh.

I like llamas...on tv...or far away...they're cute but I wouldn't want to pay for their drinks. Guess that would make me a bad host.

Do llamas care if we invite their kids or not?

What does an open bar, for the llama community, feature? Is "beer and wine only" acceptable, or is a spit bar (two spits for beer and wine, four spits for a real drink) acceptable?

Such stupid articles. Ignore them and maybe they'll die a quick death.

I love the little bow ties and top hats! I wanted to get married at a place that has horses, but DH shot it down. Pretty sure he would not approve of llamas either.

Is this really a trend? Doesn't a trend need to be a genuinely popular thing to do?

I would expect they'd pee and poop wherever they wanted to, unlike most human guests.

But then again, most of us have that "one drunk uncle" ... LOL!

Two of the llamas we want to invite have babies, but we decided we have to have a cria free wedding. How do we let them know nicely that we are just inviting them?
