Have you looked into RedSpace? My friend suggested them to me and I reached out to them and they are reasonably priced and allow you to bring in catering and alcohol. It also has a very open setup so you can make it whatever you want it to be.

As it can be difficult to find a venue which allows external caterers due to liability concerns, I recommend you start with the catering company and see where they have catered a wedding before. This will provide you with a shortlist of places that you know allow external caterers!

Do you know who your caterer will be yet?

Noah's Event Venue in Mentor and SmART space at 78th are great options as I wanted to keep costs down as well. We decided on Noah's since it includes a lot and we really only have to worry about decor and caterer. It is BYOB, but you have to pay for a bar package/use their bartenders. They also offer affordable payment plans. Hope this helps!
