My name is Pooja and I'm looking for wedding coordinator for the day of my wedding. The venue is providing someone who will be coordinating with vendors and timelines. I need someone specifically that can coordinate my ceremony and a few other tasks. We are doing an Indian ceremony and having one of our friends translate along with the priest, ending with a short ring exchange to represent the American culture. We will be starting the ceremony with a baraat, so we are looking for someone who is familiar with that. We'd also have some decor that would need to be put out on the card table, and some other various areas. Any suggestions are MORE than welcome!
