Looking for an RSVP website

Mrs. Brickheimer, on November 30, 2016 at 11:49 AM Posted in Planning 0 6

Is there a free website for guests to RSVP instead of a paper reply? We are looking to save money any way we can and with today's technology, there has to be something better. What are websites ya'll have used?

People can correct me if I'm wrong but I believe most standard online wedding website makers (Wedding Wire, The Knot, Wix) incorporate RSVP technology if you want to go that route.

There are also independent websites such as https://rsvpify.com/

A quick Google search should yield some options.

I'm using Wix and there is an RSVP option you can add to it. I'm doing both paper RSVPs and online I think. Anyway good luck!

You're already here Andrea Smiley smile WeddingWire has free wedding websites for couples and there is an online RSVP function. Just hover over 'Planning Tools' on a desktop browser (not the app or the mobile browser version), and click on 'Wedding Website' from the drop-down menu!

How would you tell people that they can register online? I am wanting all online RSVP's too and don't want to put it on my invite.

One I use is Joy. There is a app and a website that you can customize! The website is www.withjoy.com

I'm using AnRSVP for guests to RSVP to my wedding this May and I already can't say enough great things! It is very user friendly, super easy to navigate, and the most customizable I've found (much more than other sites I've played around with). I was able to easily incorporate their RSVP feature into the website I had already created on TheKnot. (If anyone has used the knot, then you know their RSVP page is very limited. So I was very thankful to find AnRSVP!) AnRSVP even let's us customize the "attending" and "not attending" phrases so that they matched our theme! If preferred, they do offer a website service too so that everything can be in one spot.

I also like how they do open RSVPs so that we don't have to input everyone's name. Our guests will know if they need to put a plus one based on their paper invitation. We can also set how many people can respond per household while using the open RSVP feature. Other sites I've seen only let guests put one extra name with the open feature, unless we import everyone's name beforehand and set the households manually. But we have family members who are going to respond for our older guests, like grandparents, and now they can do it all at once. And we set it up so that every time a guest/household responds, we get a text notification so we can easily keep an eye on who is attending. If you prefer, AnRSVP does have the option to easily upload a guest list as well. Sharing the RSVP with guests is also very simple since they just need the link or QR code that is automatically created for you. Even the confirmation page of the RSVP can be customized, which I haven't found anywhere else! We made ours link to the registry and the hotel blocks. Finally, the customer service is fantastic! I had a couple questions and received a response each time in less than 24 hours.

If you are looking for an easy way to have your guests to RSVP to any event, give AnRSVP a try!

We used wedding wire for our wedding—it worked well! Although, my friend used eventcreate because she needed more customization options and she loved it. They both are free. Hope this helps!
