Hi all Chicago brides! My husband and I are getting married in October 2021 and have been looking for assistance with decor for our reception. I really want to rent a hedge wall and put a neon sign on it. I’m also looking for a creative way to place our escort cards. I’m not sure what places might be able to help with this, so I was hoping people may have som ideas about which companies I could research? Thanks in advance!

Ask your day of coordinator. Also check with a local party rental business.

My friend made their own wall for super cheap! Look up boxwood panels, they're squares of fake hedge. Then they just used a staple gun to attache it to plywood backing. She said it was way cheaper AND they were able to sell it for a profit afterwards.

Have you hired a florist already? They may have one you can rent or they might know of some local event rental agencies. Around me there are a few event rental companies that rent everything from chairs and tables to decor and serveware and they typically have box hedge walls. There should be a similar type of company available near you.
