So I have been working out almost daily since March. My goal was to fit in my dress bodice with no alterations I needed to lose about 7 inches. So I have been working out almost daily since March. My goal was to fit in my dress bodice with no alterations I needed to lose about 7 inches. I am almost there about an inch to go and a little over two months but the things is I may have only lost 5 pounds if it is even that much. Honestly I would like to drop 25 pounds. I do try to watch what I eat ( as it goes into my mouth, no kidding aside I have tried to make healthier choices.) Thinking about doing a cleanse but they are so ridiculously expensive. What is wrong with me, am I broken?

Muscle does not weigh more than fat. How can one pound of something weigh more than one pound of something else? Think about it. IT DOESN'T. 5 lbs of muscle does, however, take up less space than 5lbs of fat which explains why you're losing inches and not necessarily weight.

It's easier said than done, but I think you should pay attention to how you're fititng into clothing, rather than what the scale says. Good luck! Congrats on your progress thus far!
