My dress fits great but I want to look and feel better in areas like my face slimming down, arms, etc. Did anyone or is anyone trying to lose some weight before wedding? Hey girls!

My wedding is in December and I want to lose some weight. My dress fits great but I want to look and feel better in areas like my face slimming down, arms, etc. Did anyone or is anyone trying to lose some weight before wedding? If so, I would love to know what you are doing. I'm not going for anything drastic I just want to lose about (10-15lbs)

I had the same goal of 10-15 lbs. I started using My Fitness Pal to track calories, stopped going out to eat, limited alcohol to only 1-2 on the weekends, and have made an effort to get out and walk a couple miles at least a few times a week. I started mid-June, and as of this morning have lost 10.6 lbs. Everyone's body is a little different, but for me, as long as I stick to my daily calorie budget, I can lose 1-2 lbs per week. Good luck!

Don't drink your calories! that will make a world difference. And cut out sugary sweets. Eat more fruits and veggies/ Veggies especially because they help you feel fuller longer. I've been drinking fruit smoothies with vanilla greek yogurt, almond milk and frozen berries for my breakfast and it keeps me full until lunch time. it's helped with losing weight also! Ggetting some form of exercise whether it be walking for 20 minutes is a start. Some exercise is better than no exercise. If you have a gym membership I would start lifting weights. Weight lifting burns more fat than cardio.

I'm doing the OptaVia 5&1 diet. I literally lost 20 pounds in 2 months and it's super easy. You could basically just do it for about a month and a half and be done depending on your situation!

I tried a lot of different diets, but I did not. That's why I'm looking for another solution.

How did you decide that the weight loss product is the best solution? Because I don't think so

I don't think this is the best way. Just in my case is good because I do not have a lot of free time. That's why I made this choice!
