Cut out sodas and sugary drinks! Drinking only water can make a big difference with exercise. Consider taking walks and hikes!

If you are willing to spend a little bit of money try the de Colbert 21 day detox. I lost ten pounds and inches. I am so much more energetic and happy. I also feel great. Compliantly natural and you are still giving your body what it needs.

Eat less. Move more. You can’t outrun a bad diet, but exercise does help. Cut out processed sugar, simple carbs (white rice, white bread, white pasta, potatoes) and sub in small amounts of complex carbs (brown or black rice, whole meal bread, wholemeal pasta, sweet potatoes). Eat loads of veggies and small portions of lean protein. Protein will help you feel fuller for longer - so instead of cereal for breakfast, try two poached eggs on a slice of sour dough. Beans and pulses are good for protein too. An app like MyFitnessPal will help you track what you’re eating - portion control is also super important. I didn’t realise how much I was eating until I started weighing and measuring it.

I recommend keto / low carb. My neurologist put me on that in April to help with seizures and since then I have lost 40 lbs. That was strictly from the diet, I’m not much of a gym person. I use the app Carb Manager to track everything.

I've gone low carb and it wasn't easy in the beginning but is has been great! I do 40-50 carbs a day, 15 from vegetables. Good luck!

In the last 6 months, I've lost 13 lbs. For me, it's a huge deal (and over 10% of my body weight). I cut out soda, desserts, and creamer in my coffee 100%. I started attending HIIT workout classes twice a week at a local gym, and made an effort to walk my dog at least 3 miles every weekend.

Keto! I dropped 20lbs in 2 months with no exercise (although I recommend exercise to avoid jiggly body parts) and felt great with an amazing complexion. I have been off the diet and only gained 3lbs back after 4 months.

Track your calories to be sure you are eating enough, but still have a deficit compared to how many calories you are burning. Unfortunately, there is no quick fix. Instead of processed snacks and sodas, opt for fruits, veggies, and water.

Prepare meals at home, as many restaurants use butter and other additives that add a ton of calories.

Cut out drinks that contain calories, as they can add up quickly.

Add more activity in any way you can tolerate, even if it means walking more than you do now. Find a workout partner to help keep you motivated!

Small changes and portion control. I usually drink iced tea instead of soda or just water; exercise helps too. Find a partner who will keep you accountable too.

My fiance and I both do personal training on the side. I highly recommend cutting out all sugars. start running or biking or something that involves a good amount of cardio and drink black coffee and water. Black coffee acts like an appetite suppressor its very common for people in the fitness world who do intermittent fasting to drink black coffee in the morning because it holds them over until there eating time. Also keto (which is a commitment and a lifestyle) helps when its just a few pounds. You won't lose 10-15 lbs quickly but you may lose 5 and it helps reduce bloating.

Eat less move more - 3500 calories = 1 lb., and the recommendation is to do this w/ both a calorie deficit & exercise.

I’ve lost 20 lbs since April 1st. It’s a big deal for me, it’s over 10% of my overall weight, plus I have hypothyroidism & it’s really hard to lose weight.

My biggest advice is to follow something that works for you. I eat veggies, fruit (be careful eating too much fruit as fruit can be high in sugar), lean meat, protein & light carbs. With the exception of my coffee in the morning I only drink water all day (and drink between 60 - 80 oz of water a day). I track my calorie intake but always make sure that I’m consuming at least 1200 calories a day. I also exercise every day for 45 mins - an hour with both HIIT cardio & weights. I tried Keto & I know that it works for a lot of people, however it wasn’t something that was easy for me or that I enjoyed following.

Lastly, expect to feel really hungry while ur stomach shrinks.

Try taking the same strategic approach to weight loss as is recommended for wedding planning: Set clear goals for yourself each week as you would for tackling guest lists, menu planning, venue scheduling, and wedding party fittings. Putting it all down on paper can also help you stay objective.

    more detail information: https://docsbay.net/a-practical-guide-to-losing-weight-for-your-wedding

Set realistic goals for yourself. In the same way that you might meet with a caterer to plan a menu based on your tastes and budget, consider consulting with a dietitian to outline a weight loss plan based on your goals and timeline.
