Louboutins?

Has anyone worn Louboutins for their weddings? I've heard mixed reviews about comfort. I'm trying them on this weekend and I wanted to know what to expect. If you wore them, did you keep them on the whole time?

Ill be honest with you at a friends wedding both her and the groom were wearing them and when they got on their knees to pray all i did was stare at the obnoxious red of the bottom of his shoes than pay attention to their wedding lol i know its terrible. I love louboutins i have 2 pairs but i wouldnt like it so much for a wedding. they arent the most comfy shoes either.

ETA i doubt you would be able to stand in them all day.

I have two pairs and I would absolutely not wear these on my wedding day. I bought a smaller Jimmy Choo heel for the big day.

I was nervous about the same thing with Loubs but ended up going with my Jimmy Choos for the lower 3" heel since FH isn't that much taller than me and they're crazy comfy!

I'm a firm believer that if you can't spell the designer's/brand name, you shouldn't spend the ridiculous amount of money they charge for their products.

I heard that brand shoes hurt like hell from some, and I heard that it is comfortable from others. Try them on and see for yourself then go from there. I have flat feet, that is the only reason I haven't purchase it. If you have money to spare and the shoes are comfortable, treat yourself.

I have a couple of pairs and for me they are pretty narrow. My foot is between normal and wide so I had to wear them for a while to stretch them. I thought of wearing some for wedding but also thought the red bottom would be too distracting and not really go with my dress or theme. If you go that route stretch them out!

I have several pairs of Louboutins and they are by far my favorite designer shoe to wear in terms of comfort. Prada is ok, and Jimmy Choos kill my feet. I have a pair of YSL that are ok as well. What I will say about designer shoes is that the craftmanship is much better than less expensive ones for the most part. I have a pair from 2008 that I have worn through three sole replacements and the leather hasn't wrinkled or bent or has any wear.

Buy a simple pair that you can wear with jeans or dress up. That way you get your $$$$ worth.

So I have So Kates and im buying these exact Follies Strass shoes for my wedding. Do you think they are the same in sizing? I am worried if I size up two sizes like I did for the So Kates the Follies Strass will be too big because they are only 100mm where the So Kates are 120mm..
