Lounge vs dinner tables for non dancers

I don't see the point of lounge seating. It's probably gonna be expensive and in the way. I think guests that don't dance typically like to watch and the typical reception style seating is good for that.

I’m just using existing seating. Our tables are right off the dance floor anyway, so they’ll be able to sit back and watch/sit at a table further back if they want to be away from the noise. I’m sure a longs area would be nice, but that’s just not money I want to spend on top of everything else.

No lounge seating here either. Our venue has SUPER comfortable chairs - think wicker barrel back outdoor patio - so guests can really kick back and watch without wishing for softer seating.
