Low effort florals

Some were confused, so I'm just going to clarify that I'm a recently-married wedding fan!

In Sex and the City, Miranda scoops up a bunch of autumn leaves and uses that as a bouquet. Has anyone ever done something similar? Picked flowers from the side of the road or used a branch they found in their yard? What is the lowest effort you put into florals where it turned out cute?

My bridesmaid bouquets were DIY with grocery store flowers. We got a dozen pink roses, a dozen white roses, some baby’s breath, and some greenery. Cost $30 total. Took my mom about 10 mins to order, and about 5 to pick up. Took the 5 of us about 30 mins to wrap them Smiley smile
