Low-Key Non-Crazy Bachelorette Party Ideas

sjkuffel, on November 28, 2013 at 8:15 PM Posted in Community Conversations 0 20

I'm at a loss for more ideas. Thought of getting nails done, wine tasting, and karoke. Anyone else do or is doing something low-key?

I have asked my MOH to do a Halloween outing as an early bachelorette party. I want something low key and inexpensive for everyone that's going to the party.

Spa day! Massages and what not.

Or you could get a blowout (there's tons of places that specifically do them) and makeup (at the mall/department store!) and then go out to a nice quiet dinner. We're doing that for night two of mine, after a party night on night one.

One of my friends had a spa day for all of her girls..though I could see that getting pretty expensive.

Mine will be during spring break and we are going to the Keys. One of the days we are just going to beach bum it. I am not sure when yours is planned or what time of year.

I was recently a BM at a wedding where the bride wasn't really into bars or drinking, so we did dinner, girls night at a hotel with mimosas and all her favourite snacks, then breakfast in the morning followed by laser tag. It was a lot of fun!

I'm looking to have a low key bachelorette party as well. I was hoping to possibly to do like a dinner theatre. That would be awesome.

Well for me and my friends we consider our plans low key... a pole dancing class, manicures and dinner in the city. You could also look into crafting classes or cooking classes too as a fun party activity. Check out excitations.com as they have quite a few good excursions on there.

Mine was a nice lunch out, followed by an afternoon at the beach and then yummy snacky things and daiquiris at a BM's house. we were also going to make chocolate fondue but we all fell asleep watching a movie (everyone had to be up early the next day for various reasons).

Mine was at a wine/painting place. You BYOW & paint a specific picture. I am horrible at crafts/painting & thought it would just be ok but everyone had a really great time!

I'm not sure what we're doing for mine but I also want it to be low-key. For my first wedding we did a co-ed haunted walk.

I'm not have one considering I only have one female friend. My whole life is low key. If I were to do one I would say a hotel sleep over they have great packages. Usually movies drinks snacks and facials or massages.

I use to party too much but now that I'm older and probably a bit wiser I think I'll want to do karaoke! Or dinner, maybe spa... I need better ideas man...

I was thinking of a wine/jewelry making party. There's a bead store near us that hosts evening BYOB group classes.

If you have sporty people in the group, you can do biking or hiking. We did ziplining for mine and it was tons of fun

For a friend's party we hired a personal chef to come and cook us dinner at her place. Then we had potluck dessert and sat around and drank wine, painted our nails and just had good old girl time. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable night!

The chef to come and cook for 8 of us was $300 altogether.
