Lower cost venue - Nj/bucks county Pa/philadelphia

Hello everyone!

My fiance and I got engaged about a month ago, and are starting to look for venues for our April 2022 wedding. I should have expected NJ/philly area prices to be higher, but man it seems much higher than I thought ! I'm looking for some venue suggestions, a place where we could have a ceremony and reception on site, that would maybe land at around $110 - 140 per person when all is said and done with the venue, catering, alcohol, and service charges. We are basing that value on other weddings recently in my family, but I feel like I'm having trouble finding that in the areas we are looking? We are looking for something either with a rustic/natural/garden feel or a cool industrial type feel. Unfortunately we can't do a none Saturday wedding because of people traveling to get to it, and we do have a large-ish guest list (about 150), but I'm open to other options for cutting costs.
I've tried searching wedding wire & the knot, but I feel like it's so hard to really get a handle on how much things cost. I also don't know if COVID issues seem to be raising prices ? Any advice would be much appreciated!

I got married at the Forsgate Country Club in Middlesex County, NJ in July 2019 on a Saturday, and our total cost per person, with all taxes and fees was $130 per person. They have a beautiful outdoor area, and it overlooks the golf course. There were some pretty venues I saw online in like Sussex county which were pretty and reasonable, but much further for my family (most of our guests were in Midddlesex County).

Hi Lisa! Clarks Landing Yacht Club and E Lounge in Cherry Hill both have affordable per person pricing, and 618 Restaurant Banquets and Catering in Freehold NJ is a really cool space!

You should also check out Windsor Ballroom, Les Jardins in Ambler PA, Jericho National Golf Club, Falls Manor Catering and Special Events, The Belle, and La Luna Banquet Hall.

WeddingWire also has a good round-up of 6 Affordable Wedding Venues in Philadelphia!

Have you looked at any of the JAM Catering venues? They are all beautiful and we are getting married at the Welkinweir Estate for the low end of your price per person. It is also nice that they are a BYOB option, because that has helped us pick exactly what we need and not pay per person when some don't drink! The venue is also a beautiful outdoor option which would fit that side of your interest and honestly makes me slightly more comfortable with everything going on. JAM Catering also has other venues that might fit your style as well!
