I think it depends on the dress but the dress I ordered from there was made out of a really cheap material, the zipper stuck out really far and the sizing was really weird. Returning it was super easy though, so it might be worth a shot.

I am looking for BM dresses at the moment and really love Lulus' dresses. Do they send out swatches? I couldn't seem to find info about it on their site. I just got swatches from Mumus, and the colors are slightly different than in photos online. I want to make sure the colors come out the way I'm envisioning, especially because my BM are going to be wearing mix and match dresses.

EEK do not get a dress for an important occasion from Lulus!! They messed up my bridesmaid dress!

We all ordered matching bridesmaids dresses from Lulus in blush. Wedding day comes and I do not match the other bridesmaids. They send me dusty lavendar instead of blush. When I reached out to Lulus they claimed it was likely just a difference in dye lot. We all ordered our dresses within two weeks of each other and every other dress was identical. Additionally, my dress was not slightly off-tone, it was a different color. Their first offer to make it right was a 15% discount - their customer service regarding this has been a complete slap in my face.
