Lunch wedding music

Preferably music that is easy on the ears!

Are you having a dj or string quartet/guitarist? The time of day is irrelevant as far as appropriate vs not appropriate genres. What music do you and fiancé like? What do your families and friends enjoy?

I am also having a midday wedding this coming Saturday, May 7! We hired a DJ and are planning to play our favorite genres (country, alternative, pop). I’ve told our DJ that I expect there will be more mingling/chatting but if people want to dance that is fine too. Instead of him trying to get people to dance, we will just go with the flow!

We are open to a lot of music! The reason I mentioned having a midday wedding is that there will probably be more mingling/chatting as opposed to partying/dancing so I was trying to find some songs that are appropriate for a more relaxed atmosphere 😊 but we like country, pop, alternative rock, all types of music!
