Magnet Save The Date

As the time to order my STDs approaches I have a question . . Are magnets really worth it? I want regular paper ones cause if people wanna put it on their fridge I figure they probably already have magnets they can use. BUT FH wants to get magnet ones. I know this can add up. What do you guys think?...

What do you guys think? What made you decide on what you got?

Our magnets from VistaPrint still required only 1 regular Forever stamp, so they were not more expensive to mail than any other piece of mail aside from a postcard.

5.5x4. They were the standard size and came with free white envelopes.

Honestly, it’s whatever you prefer. Eventually, it all gets thrown out regardless. I’ve never cared if I’ve gotten a card or a magnet, but I always throw it out once the actual invite arrives or sometimes once I’ve written the date down.

We got regular paper ones, but I wish we would’ve gotten magnets. We still have the photo magnets from a few of our closest friends over the years hanging on our fridge

I don't like magnets for a few reasons:
    1. Cost

    2. Ok, now I have an STD for someone's wedding that was... 3 years ago. Great.

    3. How do I throw it out? It's not great for the environment, but it loses it's stickiness after a while... and it's got my friends on it...

We did paper, and I'm glad my friends could toss it in the recycling when it was out of date.

I like the idea of magnets, we aren't doing STDs but if we were I'd want magnets.
