I used Zazzle. Not cheap but we waited until there was a sale. Zazzle's customer service is top notch so when we received them and had an issue with the way they were cut, they refunded our money.

I'll chime in for Truly Engaging by Magnet Street. The quality was great and they have awesome deals. I ordered 100 magnets and it was $80 with their promotions (which seem to be always running).
