Maid of Honor Dress won’t zip

Tried on at the end of summer and the sample fit just need the top little smaller. I got it a few weeks ago and finally tried it on and it won’t zip… Anybody got ideas on what I should do never had an issue like this before??? Maid of Honor Dress won’t zip 1

Can you exchange it for the bigger size? And then get it taken in a bit where you need? If not, you can see if a seamstress can let it out a bit but there doesn't look like much extra fabric in there. Worst case, they could corset the back for you? Try exchanging and then go to a seamstress.

Maybe an option would be to convert the dress to an open back by just "cleaning up" how it appears in the photo -- connected a little better at the top back.
