Maid of Honor Trouble

I could go on and on about my maid of honor she’s amazing and she’s my best friend. However our friendship is starting to be compromised because she is trying to take over everything and she’s acting like this is her wedding. She gets annoyed when I talk to the whole bridal party without going through her like she hast to be the main communicator. She gets offended over the smallest things. I don’t wanna fight with her but every time I have a different opinion than her she snaps on me I don’t know what to do I didn’t want this to ruin our friendship. I don’t understand we had so many talks about how I wanted to be involved in everything and I didn’t want any surprises because I have a lot of anxiety and my mom wanted to be a part of everything and she’s shutting my mom out. I just don’t know what to do I didn’t want this to ruin our friendship and I know if I try to talk to her about it she’s going to get offended and freak out.
