Maid of honor

I would have her walk by herself then.

For our wedding, my husband wanted all the guys standing up from the start instead of walking down, so my bridesmaids all walked individually. I've seen that done in most weddings where the groom and his side are all already at the altar.

Generally the maid of honor ( and all bridesmaids) enters on her own. They may walk out paired up with the men at the end though.

I would have her walk by herself. I'm not sure who else you'd have walk with her because that would seem weird to me.

In all the weddings I’ve been to, all the men were standing at the front in the beginning, each bridesmaid, including MOHs walked down the aisle individually, typically followed by the ring bearer and/flower girl, then the bride. At the end of the ceremony, that’s when the MOH and/or bridesmaids were accompanied by a groomsman.
My FH only has a best man and the best man is married to one of my bridesmaids. So after the ceremony, my MOH will walk the aisle alone, followed by the best man and my bridesmaid, and then my last bridesmaid alone.

I am having mine walk by herself. makes it more special i think.
