So FH and I mailed out our invites today! In the process of picking our invites, we never thought about weight. Since we got acrylic invites, we were forced to pay package pricing instead of regular stamps. We were at the post office for almost an hour because we had to go through each envelope being that package pricing depends on the location.
Welp, $205 later, we were good to go lol. Because it's technically a package, they added 2 huge stickers on the envelopes for price and tracking. NEVER AGAIN! Luckily, we've actually hand delivered about 25 or so invites so that helped with mailing expense.
