Our wedding is in 2 months. Any girls have good working diets to either maintain your weight or lose some?

I'm getting married in 2 weeks..have been working out for the last 9 months & have been eating chicken, ground turkey, and salmon. No red meat. Work out is usually crunches, push ups and weights for my arms. And walking when the weather is good. I've lost 10 pounds and gained muscle tone. And maintained!

Don't consume more calories than you burn. Simple.

Well its extremely hard because I have a desk job. And if I'm away from the desk for to long I get in trouble. I try to move as much as possible but its very difficult.

When I was wanting to lose weight, I turned to the 21 day fix, and lost a significant amount of weight and inches. Unfortunately this led to outrageous amounts of alterations. When I needed to start maintaining, I followed more of the eating aspect of the fix program. Occasionally I would do some exercises and I was still working on keeping some tone in the abs. Mainly it is eating you'll want to really keep track of while trying to maintain.

Shakeology has been my go to for this. Try incorporating high protein shakes and work out in the morning before you go to work

Losing weight is 90% diet, 10% working out. Track your calories. Every little thing that goes onto your mouth should be tracked. I personally stay below 1,250 calories a day. Cut out sugar and pop. Try to limit your carbs to 50-75 grams a day

If you want to lose weight, then diet. Working out will help you maintain weight. Just be mindful of what you're eating---is this healthy? Don't have a lot of fried foods and sugar and cut carbs.
