Make up and hair

This is really going to depend a lot on your location and how experienced/in demand your HMUA is. I am paying approximately the same total amount for my hair and make up, but my hairstylist is only charging $100 for my hair, and my make up artist is over $500 for just my makeup.

Holy wow. I'm doing about 200 all in. But there's no travel and it's just be at a salon. Is there travel in the quote.

I think that’s expensive even if it’s in a city. My hair and makeup is around $340. And bridesmaids’ are around $180 and this will be in Savannah

Totally depends on location and even so, varies widely. Ive seen anywhere from $85/service to over $300-400.

I think that's really expensive just for 1 person!

It might not be for your area and the stylist you hired but I'm at about $300 for my hair and makeup, plus hair for all my bridesmaids and makeup for one bridesmaid (everyone else wanted to do their own). It's fine to splurge but if it's not in your budget, keep looking!

Sounds about right. By the time I paid my hair & makeup artists for trials, day of services and travel, that’s what it came to.
