Make-up trial

First, I loveeee your natural beauty! But I know we should put a little makeup on for the photos...so I love pic #2, it's very soft and natural. You already have a natural glow so I'd tell her to use a light eyeshadow on the eyes and stay away from too much black liner. Sometimes liner can completely change your look and so can the placement of it especially if the whole eye is outlined. She can make your face up with the light eyeshadow, a lighter lipstick and maybe try just using a really good mascara instead of lashes. If you go the lash route try to not get the jet black colored lashes. Or try some of the whisper lashes, with those the lashes are pretty spaced out so they won't look so dark around the eye. I hope that made sense lol. Also make sure you share your concerns with her. She'll get it perfect for you and you'll look amazing! Good luck!

100% agree with PP. Have her lighten the liner on tour eyes up for sure and stay away from too much black with your coloring.

I think your first inspo pic is perfect!! It seems like your MUA went more with your second pic and did a super dark smokey eye.
I definitely think you could ask to lighten up how dark they made your eyes and possibly change the lip color. I think the lip color is washing you out. In your first pic, you have a very naturally pretty lip color. Maybe they could stay closer to that so you feel more like yourself?

Your new inspo pictures are definitely more natural and subtle that your original photos. When you have your next trial, just be sure to explain exactly what you want from your MUA. Don't be afraid to ask questions and make suggestions during your trial. You may even have time during your trial to make changes after yoru MUA is finished.

I'm with you on feeling like a drag queen with a bunch of makeup on! I dont usually wear much makeup myself and I dont want to look like a completely different person on my wedding day.
Im planning on doing a "no makeup" makeup look. I love inspiration #6 for you. It looks like itll be just enough to bring focus to your features without being over the top at all. What does your fiance think?

You have such beautiful natural skin!! I agree that the makeup she chose is too heavy. Your eyes look way too dark, and this is coming from someone who loves black eyeliner! I would give her the new inspiration pics, but see if you can find glam makeup pics with your complexion and hair color. I would ask for a natural smokey eye and have her pick based on your coloring and see how that goes. You can def make the look work with the right tones!
