Makeup Anxiety

Okay...Soooo I am having a destination wedding in New Orleans his October. I had to hire my HAir and Makeup Artist remotely and payed a hefty $200 deposit over a year ago. I was nervous that I couldn’t/wouldn’t be able to do a trial until the day before the wedding but I liked her work online a lot and felt confident...well...she made an unexpected trip to NYC (where I live) and offered to do a trial while she was in town and I was so excited! She is doing my hair AND makeup so it would be a dual trial. She did my hair and it was stunning and I loved it even bought it was missing the extensions because the ones I ordered didn’t get there in time...so VERY happy with the hair. When she did my makeup I had told her I wanted to look fake like a doll face with nice structured contour and highlight....I also asked for a certain look of a photo and as she was doing the makeup she sounded excited about it but when I finally saw it I was slightly disappointed but being a very anxious person and not wanting to upset her didn’t say I hated it but said it was beautiful (it was but not what I waned) and I was sooooo disappointed with the face makeup...there was no contour, the color was way off, no blush and barely any highlight and I asked her to fix it and she did something but wouldn’t call it fixing it she changed it but not for the better....I usually do my makeup beautiful and wear a lot of it and I am having mental breakdown cuz I don’t feel confident having her do my makeup any more but I really want to have her do my hair...idk what to say or do and at this point I really just want to do my own makeup. I was thinkikng of asking her to do my mom and MOH instead of me and just do my hair by idk how to approach it I really like her as a person and she’s an excellent MUA but just not for me and her hair work is amazing...am I being rude? I hate this and it’s something I really didn’t think I’d have to stress over and now I am and it’s killing me...
