My wedding I had standard makeup, but for my brother's I had airbrush. Our weddings were four months apart and his wedding was first. I had never had airbrush makeup prior to his wedding and I already had my makeup booked at that point. But honestly I didn't really notice a difference between the two.

Airbrush! I have combo/oily skin and decided to try airbrush for my trial, which I scheduled for the day of my engagement photos. Could not have been happier with it! My MUA did airbrush for the foundation only, and applied some powder products on top.

The makeup lasted incredibly well. I slept in it just to see, and with some blotting the next morning it looked great.

Day to day, I generally wear foundation, eye primer, liner, mascara, and lip balm. Went with a much more glam look for my engagement/wedding photos.

The makeup artist I'm wanting to use does airbrush! From looking at all of their client photos, I think it's a great option! I also have combo skin with an oily T-Zone, so I need makeup that will last the day!

Day to day, I just wear moisturizer 😂 but when I do wear makeup I use foundation, eye liner, mascara, blush, sometimes bronzer or highlighter. My makeup style is very simple and natural looking, and that's what I'm wanting for my wedding as well!

I highly suggest reading reviews and checking out pictures of their work if you can!

Did a trial with airbrush and it made me look washed out and like I had no makeup on. For my actual wedding, I asked for traditional and it looked soooo much better. It will just be heavier than the airbrush makeup but was so worth it for the pictures

I never wear make up and my artist did airbrush... I was honestly quite apprehensive, but it lasted and did not appear caked on either. Overall, I was very happy with it.

I had no idea what kind of makeup I would get until my trial. The MUA experimented with both, and we determined that airbrush was a better fit for my skin because it's on the oily side. So I went with airbrush. I do not normally wear makeup on a daily basis

I answered your question siding with airbrush makeup. That's what I'm doing for my wedding because it will last the day longer. My reply to you was to make sure you look at the makeup artist's work and reviews before setting on one. Smiley smile
