Makeup: Standard Vs. Airbrush?!

I am definitely going to be doing air brush make up. I had it done for the first time when I was a bridesmaid in my brothers wedding, and it turned out flawless! Plus, I am getting married in the south where it is much more humid, and air brush make up definitely holds up way better in humidity.

View Quoted Comment Also, I would make sure to inform the artist what you have in mind so you’re not shocked. I had inspirational photos that were more natural (and photos that were excessive in my opinion and said don’t like this) looking versus tons of make up and she did not over do the makeup and kept it quite natural and was pleased.

I used airbrush. I had never had it before so I tried it during my HMU trial. I really liked it. It felt weightless on my skin and did not seep in to any fine lines. It also lasted my entire wedding day!

I am not a make up person maybe wear it once a year if that. I however feel like the air brush looks more natural so I am going to be doing air brush

I asked my makeup artist to do airbrush for my trial, but she said airbrush makeup isn't good for dry skin, so she used traditional makeup. The kind of makeup you can use depends on your skin type, but if you have normal or oily skin, airbrush would probably work great.

Yeah I also have dry skin so I will be using traditional makeup. Plus Airbrush makeup was a little out of the budget. But airbrush is nice, quick and doesn’t require touch up I think. So it might work out for well you.

Airbrush for sure! it feels lighter and lasts longer. However, airbrush is not for all types of skin. I would get consulted by a professional or multiple professionals.
