I’m auditioning different Make Up Artists based on referrals from my sister, who’s a photographer and knows a few professional MUAs. I also had an engagement photo shoot today so I thought it be the perfect opportunity to try her out. I’m not a makeup person so I was hyper-aware of the different field of vision the lashes gave me and of touching my face. The makeup was super light-colored at first, but it eventually blended with my face. It looked good in photos and natural light but looked a little orange in fluorescent light (regular light bulbs).
I didn’t like the fact that my fiancé had to keep wiping off his face and nose during photos, so if anyone has any ideas to avoid makeup transference, please let a bride-to-be know!
