Check out Facebook wedding groups for the Miami area! Put a post in one of those groups, and list your wedding date, budget for hair/makeup, and what specific services you're looking for (airbrush vs traditional makeup, type of hairstyle you're looking for, number of people who need each service, on location vs in salon, etc), and you should get responses from brides recommending their vendors and/or vendors who meet the criteria.
