March wedding colors

Sara, on January 23, 2017 at 11:29 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 16

So I'm getting married in the beginning of march 2018 and was dead set on doing wine red with navy blue for wedding colors. The girls in the red and the guys in navy tuxedos. The closer we get to march of this year, the more I'm starting to feel these colors are to dark for this time of year. Any thoughts? Second pick is blush and navy but my FH isn't wanting pink. Idk what to do. I really want navy tuxedos. Any advice will be appreciated!

We are getting married this march and we are doing the girls in red dresses. The guys are in black dress pants and red tie with white dress shirt. (Our wedding is a beach wedding). The girls have white roses and my roses are red. I think it could work just fine if you want it!

There's no navy in this palette but it's what I'm using for my March wedding this year!

Date twins! It's funny because I love navy and burgundy and they look great with my venue, but people have made comments about them being dark as well. I don't think colors really have a season honestly. You can set any tone for your wedding no matter what time of year. Smiley smile If you love it, I can definitely see it turning out beautiful! I'm considering Burgundy and blush or peach to lighten it up a bit.

I choose the exact same colors for the same day but once we started trying on dresses I hated the wine color and just went red. I have a big satin ball gown so to lighten things up I'm doing a southern charm theme with big hair red lips and magnolias. I will also be relying on center pieces to add my pop of color instead of dark colored linens. I also added gold to the pallet for the groom to wear with his navy tux. Flower girls in blush!

You can play with materials/location and still keep the color. Also they have a really cute one with the wine and light blue. I live in a cold state so the darker hue is not such a big deal because we will be in formal attire and there will be guest in furs and heavy fabrics in early March.

I'm getting married in early March as well and I kept thinking my colors were way to dark and that I picked the wrong month but you just gave me the confidence that my colors will work. They are royal blue with a grape or royal purple with a light yellow
