I dont know if I am posting in the right area. But I asked for several photography quotes and the vendors are saying I got marked as spam and it seems like my conversations have been closed?



Help please!

    I've heard of this happening if you message too many vendors in a short period of time. Can you email them or contact them via their website?

    Yes, I would just get their information and call or email them directly, not through WW. I had a similar issue when I first started searching for vendors. But once I started contacting them directly, instead of through Wedding Wire, I never had any more problems.

    This happened to me too. Honestly wtf. Like why give the option of sending messages to like 8 people at once after you send one message if it's going to potentially mark you as spam? So stupid

    This just happened to me as well! A vendor tried asking for a deposit payment through WeddingWire, and when it wouldn't allow me to pay, he said I was marked as "spam" LOL. How embarrassing!!! I'm emailing the Support Team to see what I can do about this.
