Marking a purchase complete at Kohl's

Hey guys! We were drawn to Kohl's registry because of their 10% back benefit. But now I'm running into the fact that I have guests purchasing online for my bridal shower, and they cant ship to themselves off the registry. I've had a couple people tell me they bought the gift off registry and wanted me to mark item as purchased online.
Is there any way to do that? Or do I have to delete the item? I'd rather not delete. Why the heck doesn't kohls let them ship to them instead of me? They should definitely have the option!

    I've had the same issue. I've been deleting items as they have been purchased. When I called customer service they said that marking items purchased online isn't an option yet.

    I dealt with problems with my Kohls registry last week and called customer service twice. The issue of guests not being able to ship gifts to themselves is an on going problem they have been having for months (since they moved to a new website is what I was told). This is not something they can fix at this time.

    They also told me that we cannot mark gifts as purchased, and when I asked whether or not customer service could mark them, they said sometimes but usually it does not work. The line they kept giving me was "but you can always return duplicates".

    Dont get me wrong, I love Kohls and shop there often, but because of these reasons we moved most of our stuff to our target registry.

    Kohls registry was awful. I spent over 16 hours on the phone with them over the course of two weeks and they literally could not and would not solve anything for me. I’d delete it, to be honest. It was the most awful customer service ever received.

    I am sorry for the technical difficulties you are dealing with. I would give Kohls a call to see if their customer service with these issues has improved or what they can do for you, first. If nothing, then potentially weighing other options for your registry might be best.

    Hi! I have a Kohl's registry and I have one thing that's been marked off, and I'm not even sure how the giver did it. I think they had to call someone after they purchased it... but anyway, I've been deleting things as a quick fix to the issue.
