Married and still having a wedding

Hi! Did they just have a friend or family member "officiate" since they were technically already married and didnt need to pay someone who is actually ordained? We are currently trying to figure something like this out as well and cant decide how to officiate because we dont want a stranger either way and we will already be legally married so we were going to have my brother do it but my fiance worries if i dont do it right it might come off tacky.
