Married Ladies: Photographer Sneak Peek?

We got teasers while we were on our honeymoon and got all of ours the next weekend. Our photographer is new though so she is really quick.

I didn't get anything. But mine only took about 4 weeks to come in.

I only got one single teaser photo. And my pictures didn't come for almost 3 months. UGH- it was torture.

I didn't get anything. We got our pictures yesterday and they are amazing so no complaints over here. Ours took just shy of 6 weeks.

We got about 25 teasers on his facebook business page the next day. We got all of the pictures within about 3 weeks. Now to create the album!

Our photographer let us see some pics as we were taking them.

I got ~15 in our sneak peek, only a couple of days after the wedding! He also sent us the finished set just over 2 weeks (16 days) after. He was so, so fast - I was very grateful.

We don't have any pictures yet/no sneak peaks, but we're hoping to get them pretty soon, so that's not too long.

I asked for photos that would be good for thank you cards so she sent me 4 options within days that I chose from to start my thank you cards with

I received 5 sneak peek photos from the wedding. I had asked at the end of the evening if he might be able to send us a few so I was thrilled when he posted them on Facebook several days after the wedding. On the other hand it's 6 weeks tomorrow and I don't have the rest of my pictures yet but he did say 5-8 weeks.

We waited 5 weeks for a teaser and received 30ish pictures. My brother and sister in law were given 100 pictures the day after your wedding (and their photographer is really busy). It all depends on how your photographer works.

My teaser pictures were completely edited. My brother's were partially edited but still looked awesome.

We received about 10 sneak peeks. But we got all photos in about 3 weeks, so not bad!

Ours had an eight week turnaround. Around four weeks, without a teaser, I asked for one. She sent some right away :-)

Mine didn't and it drove me crazy! But we did just get our wedding slideshow! And we pick our pictures up Monday night! Woo hoo!

We asked our photographer to give us a picture or two to include in our thank-you notes (they will be ones of us holding a sign saying "Mahalo" meaning thank you). Maybe you could email and tell them you'd like a picture for your thank you notes (even if it's not true) just to hold you over for a little bit!

We FINALLY got some sneakies on Tuesday. Today is four weeks of being married. He did give us 52 sneaks, so I guess it's fine. But I don't understand why he wouldn't give us like 5 right away.

I think it depends on how busy the photographer is (we aren't married yet but my photographer does family shoots as the season slows down so it sometimes can take awhile for a peek)...if they have like 1000 photos to go through it might take some time to figure out what they want to post...but waiting seems so hard!

I did not, but he showed me two photos on the digital camera screen on the wedding day. This was good to give me confidence of the quality of his work. Ask for that!
