We are not, but that is because everyone attending has been vaccinated. But it is always welcome if people want it to feel comfortable!

I am getting married July 16th and I'm not requiring masks or proof of vaccination. In fact, I would really rather no one wear a mask to my wedding but it is a personal choice on my guests' part and I am in no position to tell them what to wear or how to govern their bodies. Consider this- do you want to look back on your wedding day and see masks, or do you want to see the faces and smiles of your loved ones?

Perhaps if you are concerned about the risk of transmission it is best to avoid a gathering like this altogether, where multiple people from many households are condensed together for long periods of time Smiley winking That's your safest bet. But also consider the declining case rates in tandem with rising vaccination rates. It's up to you, best of luck!

We are not asking unless they feel more comfortable with doing so I would say no. Just during picture taking

We are not requiring it. We put a Covid FAQ on our website- our venue follows the state’s health orders, and as of now, masks are not required. We put on our website that they are up to the guests’ discretion.

No. Not requiring a mask. However, anyone who desires to wear one certainly can (and we’ll provide some as well). We also don’t mind having pictures of guests wearing masks because… well… we got married during a pandemic 🤷🏽‍♀️ So it’s all a part of our engagement journey and our story. Our guests’ presence, comfort and enjoyment at our wedding outweighs getting a superficial “perfect” picture.

I would've felt safer requiring masks for our 7/24 reception, but we are not because the state and venue are not requiring them any more and because we're outside and in an area with a low rate of transmission and high vaccination rate.

We are encouraging everyone to be vaccinated (I made a page on our website for people to find vaccine appointments and referred to it in our invitations) and asking anyone who hasn't been vaccinated to wear a mask whenever they have to go inside or get close to other people.

We did require masks for our 8/8/20 miniwedding. Almost every photo other than our couples portraits has masks. I don't regret that at all because I know it was necessary to keep people safe.
You should do whatever makes you and your partner feel comfortable.
