Blackbird donuts has unique flavors.

Ziggy's in Peabody and Salem have incredible donuts but they aren't fancy or funky flavored.

West coast transplant now living in Boston. Dunkin's is probably Boston's (overrated) pride and joy. People from Somerville swear by Union Square Doughnuts but I think Blackbird's is the best overall. I've heard good things about Doughboy too but have not tried it.

So far Blackbirds is the winner. Love Dunkin for my day to day but for my wedding donuts - no way! Lol
