Matron of Honor Zilla

None of my girls have necessarily done anything wrong but I was trying to coordinate a day where everyone can go try on Adrianna Papell bridesmaid dresses to find a style they like and their size (so that we can hopefully take advantage of Black Friday sales online OR purchase a gently used dress) and everyone has opposite schedules and I'm the one who is ending up having to take off work to accommodate everyone else!! I don't want to make my girls spend over $100 on their dress so I'm trying to find sales and such for them and am willing to order online and send back (only ordering from places that have free returns) until we find the right dress, but one of my girls won't tell me her size (she says she honestly doesn't know) and that she doesn't really want to do the online ordering thing...I just want to be like "well then you're going to be spending a ton more because if you're shopping clearance or gently used sites, you don't get the same options!"

I had the same problem with my maid of honor. she planned everything to how she would want it. So when things didn't go her way she dropped out.

I don't talk to her anymore. It's been drama after drama and she would for months not talk to me about anything wedding related. So I didn't reach out to her either. I think with planning you truly know who's happy for you or who's not at least that's what I'm learning during my process.

I know it's crazy but I always tell myself that I'm marrying my best friend and we have each other at the end of the day!! It will all work out in the end.

My MOH has had me in tears, hysterical tears this week. I’ve been pretty good as a bride, at least I thought I was... I haven’t asked for much, I let them pick out their dresses, I pretty much go with the flow because I have no clue what I’m doing. I did ask to go to AC for my bachelorette party because it’s close to where we live and when she said we couldn’t I threw literally a tiny hissy fit ( me saying then we don’t have to do anything ) and then apologized the following day for my attitude and she exploded saying basically that I don’t appreciate anything her or my other bridesmaid are doing when I thank my MOH every chance I can. My bridesmaid is planning a surprise bridal shower so I don’t know what she has been up too at all and I’m expected to thank her for something I don’t know about?? The apologize turned into a completely different topic and another argument making me feel like complete crap...
fast forward to the same evening I asked both girls if she could come to my final dress fitting (which my MOH knew about a month in advance) my bridesmaid had a legit reason to why she couldn’t... my MOH just said “I can’t, sorry” and then the day I’m supposed to get my dress I saw her walking from traders joe and is now sitting at home (she lives above me) and hasn’t even reached out.... Killed me and hurt because you just don’t do that to your friend and I don’t know how to say “if you don’t want to do then don’t” nicely 😞
