I have done self practice with Yoga for a few years now and stopped a little bit after I got engaged. Yoga helped me get through a lot and released my mind and I regret not keeping up with my practice. I just did meditation for the first time in the long time for 10 min and I felt a sense of relief, self love, no judgement, and strength. I have been going through so much since FH and I got engaged money future in law stuff(both sides), intimacy, communication, etc and I just get so overwhelmed. Just wanted to come on here and say how much this helps I hope you all find ways to relieve stress during this planning time especially.
