What did y'all do/make to show everyone who is in your bridal party? Like giving the names, relationship to bride/groom, role day of etc. I am trying to avoid printing programs if possible because I just think it's a waste of money. Thanks in advance!

I made a tri board poster for our engagement party! It had their names, role, relationship to us, a picture, and a little blurb about them. Wasn't meant to replace programs but was just a fun craft to do. My mom she could re purpose it at the bridal shower as well

I was at bridal shower once and the bride took each bridesmaids photo and a little bio and put it into picture frames. Try we're set out by the dessert table and people liked reading them. You could probably do the same for your wedding day.

We made one big program poster and put it on an easel near the ceremony space and then did a grand march entrance for the reception where the dj announced everyone's names.

I got a program template for $7 on etsy. Printed/cut it out on cardstock myself. They were left on the ceremony benches and nobody cared hahaha keep it cheap - the booze and music is what makes the party. The rest is small potatoes.
