I wanted to know was anyone asked to make a deposit when creating a wedding party at Men’s Wearhouse. I wasn’t asked but my friend who is getting married was.

We put a deposit down when we reserved our suits for the wedding party and FH. It was $40 , but the deposit applied to FH suit only.

Yeah, every time H has ever rented a suit/tux for a wedding he’s been in, he’s had to pay a deposit.

Yes, the groomsmen were. In other weddings H has been in, they waived the deposit if so many guys rented suits.

You shouldn't have to pay a deposit just to make a wedding party I don't think, just when you end up renting the suit/tux.

We haven't had to, but our guys are buying custom suits since they didn't have the suits we wanted available for rentals and it only costs like $50 more to buy vs renting for one event.

My H said when he set everything up at MW, each suit's deposit was $20, which he paid for everyone.
And then the GM paid for the rest / actual cost of rental when they had to pick it up

My guys got to reserve their tuxes for 20 dollars down and haf to pay in full the thuraday before the wedding.

FH had to put a $40 deposit down when we set up the group at Men’s Wearhouse. The $40 goes towards the cost of his suit once the rest of the guys place their orders.
