Message Guest Options not showing

Hello All,


The option to message guests, including sending an e-invite is not showing at all. I am not sure why this is the case.

It also seems that there is some mix up with my account, because I can download weddingwire.ca app but when I try to download the app using the wedding wire webpage from my phone it says that the app is not available in my location. I dont know if this may have something to do with it .

Can anyone assist?

    Hi Schinell! Our Development Team was made aware of some issues with the guest messaging tool and it has been disabled within accounts, I apologize for any inconvenience! The US version of the WeddingWire app is available for users that have the US version of iTunes or Google Play on their device. I recommend ensuring your store is set to the correct country before trying to download again.

    I am in canada, but for some reason my wedding wire account is not associated with the Canadian site. The messaging section is enabled on the Canadian site. Is there a way to correct the account association?
