I am getting seriously irritated by the fact that ww got rid of "view conversation" and only kept the contact button. I have messaged several venues multiple times now because I can't remember who I have already talked to. It's embarrassing and frustrating. I can't be the only one...??

    You should be able to go to your private messages and click vendor messages they'll display there

    What I am talking about is when you are on the vendors page. It use to say "view conversation" if you've messaged them before. Now it just says request information even on places you already have before.

    Hi Samantha! While there is no 'View Conversation' option on the vendor's storefront, you will see that all of the vendors that you have previously messaged are 'Saved' within your Vendor Manager. This means that when you view their storefront, you will see the 'Saved' heart in the top right corner of the storefront!
